THERAPY SERVICES
I specialize in depression, anger, anxiety, trauma, abuse, parent/child relational struggles, self-esteem, LGBTQ+, career and personal development. I could help you manage these symptoms and behaviors with guided mental health therapy. My work addresses a variety of mental health and social challenges, with therapy services available online and in-person for clients in California only
You’ve been holding it all together, even when no one noticed how heavy it’s been. Feeling misunderstood, judged, or unseen can make it hard to open up—but you don’t have to keep carrying it alone. In therapy, there’s room for all of who you are—your story, your struggles, and your strength. This is a space to lay some of that weight down and begin healing, at your pace. I’m here to support you every step of the way. Therapy with me includes personalized strategies, tools, and a direct, empathetic approach that helps you see progress
